Promotion

The more volunteers the better, but people need to know about the Muffin first! We already did a lot to advertise our project and it paid off, but that’s no reason to step back now. You can help by telling your friends about the Muffin, or post on your favourite CG forum, make a tweet, post a story on your blog, whatever comes to your mind!

Guidelines

Here are some rules I advice you to read, to make sure we don’t annoy people:

  • we want to inform people that may be interested, NOT SPAM everyone. Always consider that and be kind. Many forums have strict rules for posting things like that, so be sure to read them before you drive people crazy.
  • No advertising without the MUFFIN VIDEO, or at least a some image that links to the video. people are too lazy to read text. some graphics can attract much more attention
  • You can copy paste the advertising text below or create your own personal message.
  • In order to show that we don’t just spam and really mean it, we should visit those sites from time to time and respond to answers and also keep people up to date.
  • You speak a foreign language and know some sites where you want to post that language? sure, i’ld like you to!
  • Let us all know where, when and how you informed people about the muffin, so that we can put it on this list and avoid multiple ads Smile
  • Link to the graphics on the muffin server directly. So we have the chance to update them!
